Petite Gourmet serves fresh and delicious food to the facility of your choice for your loved ones. We try our best to answer all of your questions promptly. Below you will find several answers to our most frequently asked questions.
On the days you’ve ordered service, a boxed lunch labeled with your child’s name will be delivered to his/her classroom during lunchtime.
If you pay with a credit card, orders must be submitted 48 hours before the date of service. An order placed on Tuesday by noon will be delivered during Thursday’s lunch service.
If you prefer to pay with a check, you will need to place your order a week prior to the service date. Lead times are needed to ensure proper time to prepare and deliver meals efficiently.
Meals can be cancelled no later than noon two days prior to the delivery date. If the school has a snow day, the meal will be delivered on the following school day.
Please login by noon two days before the scheduled delivery date to edit or change orders. After logging into the system, select the “History” tab. Select your child to view the order history and click on the order that you wish to edit or cancel. You may change the meal selected, change your order to another day or you can cancel the order without placing a new order. If you cancel without a new order your credit will remain in your account for 30 days.
If your child has special dietary needs we can customize your school’s menu to include food items that your child will be able to eat.
